Mr. Yoseprin Sitepu has been in the property valuation services for more than 8 years. He holds simple property valuer license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Previously, his last position was the Senior Valuer in a property valuation firms. His educational background is Bachelor in Forestry from University of Sumatera Utara (USU). He also actively involved in the profession association as the Secretary of Learning Program and Treasurer for Central Sumatera Region of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI). His competency includes commercial and industrial property valuation, machinery and equipment valuation, feasibility study, project monitoring, and highest and best use study.
